🔁 All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address entered by customer

  • Opened or partially used sachets

  • Customs delays or refusals

✅ Refunds for Damaged Items

We will only issue a refund or replacement if your product is damaged due to our error during packing or shipping.

To request a refund for a damaged item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage

  3. We will review and respond within 2–3 business days

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or a replacement will be sent.

⛔ No Refunds for Delayed Shipping

Once your order has been shipped and tracking is provided, we are not responsible for postal or customs delays. Refunds will not be issued for late delivery.
