Orders are shipped directly from Southeast Asia using trusted international courier services.
Estimated delivery time:

- Canada: 8–14 business days
- Other countries: 7-14 business days

Delays may occur due to customs or local postal services.

We understand the need for privacy. All products are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no product name or branding on the outside. The sender label will appear as a general name for confidentiality.

If your package is:

Damaged upon arrival: Contact us within 7 days with photo evidence
Lost or not received after 21 days: Contact us for investigation
Returned to sender due to incorrect address: Re-shipping costs may apply
